Stavros Alexis
Chief Executive Officer
Stavros Alexis is Alesco’s Founder and CEO. He started his career in network infrastructure projects at the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network (DEI) as a site engineer and safety officer. Early on, he combined technical expertise with strategic perspective.
With clear direction and consistency, he built a leading company in the energy sector. Today, he continues to guide Alesco’s growth, driven by a vision for a sustainable energy future.
He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras and is originally from Ioannina.
Konstantinos Goulas
Chief Technical Officer
Konstantinos Goulas is a Mechanical Engineer and an Aristotle University of Thessaloniki graduate. He began his career as Factory Maintenance Manager at Epirus Bottling Industry (Vikos S.A.), gaining experience in production facility management.
In 2016, he joins Alesco’s management as Chief Technical Officer and part of the shareholders. He plays a key role in developing innovative solutions, advancing projects, and implementing long-term vision.
Stasa Tsoli
Chief Operational Officer
With over 20 years in the retail sector, Stasa Tsoli excels in sales, B2B client management, and team leadership. She holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from the Hellenic Open University.
Prior to joining Alesco, Stasa spent 14 years with Kafkas S.A., one of Greece’s largest companies in electrical equipment and energy solutions, serving as Store Director. In 2025, she joins Alesco’s management as Chief Operational Officer, helping grow the company and optimise its operations.
Maria Kokkini
Chief Financial Officer
Maria Kokkini has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and financial management. She has supported businesses and organisations across many sectors with professionalism and consistency.
Since 2023, she has been a member of Alesco’s management team, serving as Chief Financial Officer, playing a decisive role in the company’s financial strategy and sustainable growth.
Maria is an Accounting and Finance graduate from the University of Macedonia, and an MBA holder in Business Administration from the Open University of Cyprus. She is a certified Class A Accountant–Tax Consultant and a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. Her experience shows a deep and comprehensive grasp of all financial operations in an organisation.
