The Programme also provides the opportunity to implement complementary energy efficiency measures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Does the Programme Fund?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The primary and mandatory intervention under the Action is the <strong>installation of a heat pump for heating and cooling<\/strong>, replacing an eligible existing heating system.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the heating system upgrade, the Programme also provides for the installation of <strong>automatic heating system controls<\/strong>, as well as <strong>auxiliary heat pump systems for the provision of Domestic Hot Water (DHW)<\/strong>, subject to the requirements of the Programme.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, provided that the relevant eligibility requirements are met, the following interventions may also be implemented:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Thermal insulation<\/strong> of the residence<\/li>\n<li><strong>Photovoltaic self-consumption system<\/strong>, with the option to install an energy storage system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The replacement of the existing heating system can therefore be combined with additional interventions, contributing to a more comprehensive energy upgrade of the residence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funding of Up to 100%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Programme provides grant rates of <strong>up to 100%<\/strong>, depending on the beneficiary&#8217;s income category and the type of eligible intervention.<\/p>\n<p>Funding rates vary according to the intervention category, while the official Guide sets out in detail the applicable income criteria, maximum eligible expenditure limits and relevant requirements.<\/p>\n<p>For detailed information, please refer to the <strong>Official Programme Guide<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who Can Participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Action is addressed to individuals holding the required property right in an eligible residence, in accordance with the terms of the Programme.<\/p>\n<p>Among other requirements, the residence must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be a detached house or an individual apartment<\/li>\n<li>be used as a primary residence<\/li>\n<li>have an eligible existing heating system to be replaced<\/li>\n<li>meet all other eligibility requirements set out in the official Guide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subject to the applicable requirements, the residence may be owner-occupied, rented or provided for use free of charge. Properties used for short-term rentals are not eligible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When Can Applications Be Submitted?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the Action&#8217;s official web portal.<\/p>\n<p>The application period runs from <strong>28 September to 30 November 2026<\/strong>.
